Sam's Decade Birthday!

Sam had a small group of friends come and play some games
and enjoy a very chocolaty cake for his 10th birthday.

This was Sam's first science fair project. He tested the power of magnets and did a really good job.

Couple of Cowboys.

It was cowboy day at school back in January. I wish I had boot and belt buckles for them :)

A day at Krispy Kreme and Brent's birthday.

Nothing like going to Krispy Kreme. We took the kids there with their report cards to get free doughnuts for every A. I'm proud to say my boys walked out with a lot of doughnuts.

Brent wanted sugar cookies again for his birthday. That man LOVES cookies. The kids had fun decorating them too.

My 34th birthday.

It was small and simple and I was surrounded by my family and my kids made my cake.

Back to Dec 2012

Wow I need to do some serious catching up again. We had a great Christmas last year.
 Mara visiting Santa.

We went to this incredible reenactment of the Savior's birth. They rebuilt a small section of Bethleham and had everything from Roman soldiers to camels.

The best part was the end, when you walked behind the inn and found the stable. The only quiet part in the whole city.

Our Home teachers came over and did a lesson and putting on the whole armor of God. This is Brent ready to fight......
... the Adversary!

Christmas morning 2012!
 Evan got his bow.

Mara asked for a hippo. She named her Lamalita, but she has been missing for a few months now.
Kenneth got a Fanta Sea shirt, that he loves.
Sam asked for a pogo stick, and he can now pogo with no hands and up a step.

The Harringtons came to visit!
We were very happy to see my sister, Charlotte, and her family when they had a lay over in Houston.
Band of monkeys!

Evan's Baptism.

It was quite an eventful baptism. Evan, like his mother, had to be baptized twice! But it wasn't because he didn't get all the way under water. I have a testimony of the importance of witnesses, because the only person that realized Brent was holding up his left arm instead of his right was Grandpa Richard. Until Brent did it again, we all thought it had been fine. Thanks dad! It may have been cold, but it has to be done right.
Evan had also decided to swim a lap after they closed the partition. We could still hear though :)

Evan with his Proud Parents!

Evan and Bishop Sagers.

We were so happy Grandmas and Grandpas and Uncle Michael Motorcycle could come to the baptism.

Catching Up on Kenneth!

Here we go again!

Kenneth turned 12 this month and decided to go zip-lining with dad. He was pretty nervous.

But he had a good time.

Brent had a good time too.

I think he had more fun eating his cake though.

On November 18th, 2012, Kenneth received the Aaronic Priesthood and was ordained to the office of Deacon. Very Proud MOMMY right here!
