Blue Bonnets.

The state flower of Texas is a beautiful wild flower called the Blue Bonnet. These flowers literally cover Texas in the spring. When we drove through Brenham on our way to Houston for Easter, we saw hordes of people out taking pictures. We managed to find a spot where no one else was and the pictures were cute.

Easter Egg Hunt

Isn't she CUTE!
My wonderful mom's group holds an Easter egg hunt every year and it's nice to go to a small hunt with a lot of fun. It really takes the stress off.
THEY'RE OFF!

His hunting skills have improved.

He's satisfied.

He's done! He'd rather be playing.

Front Yard Baseball

It's been a long time since my last post, but it's very hard to type with Mara on your lap. Anyway, this was just before Easter. The boys decided to start Spring training, so they drew a diamond on the driveway and started a game! Brent was an awesome coach! He was too good for his own good, because our Sam struck him out!
He's so proud of himself!

Why you should always park in the garage.

Well we've had a major hail storm! The biggest I've ever seen. Baseball sized! and we all know what baseballs can do to windows and cars. I'm just glad we parked in the garage. The boys just loved it. Kenneth said it looked like a lot of huge bird poop! Gross! Enjoy the video.
